After modifying an option in the Service Catalog, in Servicedeskl, the standard icon for that option has been changed to what appears to be a fail-over, default icon. Why has this changed? To reproduce this, browse to Admin > Service Catalog Settings, edit any form (please note; the image URL textbox will be empty), and save the form. Browsing back to the edited form in the Service Catalog after a IIS and server extensions reset shows the edited form having lost the icon in the catalog, as shown below.
Unknown. Looks like editing the pages has caused the images to be set back to default.
This is a known issue. To fix this issue:
1. In Process Manager, browse to Admin > Service Catalog Settings
2. Edit the affected form (Note that the image URL textbox will be empty)
3. Click on the "Pick" button next to the Image URL box, and browse to the ...\Ensemble\Images folder to find the correct image. You may need to view the form first, and use the right-click<Save Image As on the icon image to see the name of the correct icon.
4. Save the form
5. Restart IIS and Process Manager Server Extentions to clear the old image from cache. You should now have the correct icon as shown in the screenshot below.
