When the customer clicks on 'First Time Setup' in the NS7 Console, there is an error 'Unhandled Error in Silverlight Application [Format_BadDateTime]' if the Regional setting of the machine is set to Portuguese. Also the Right hand pane does not load.
Steps to duplicate: 1. Go to Control Panel>Regional and Language Settings 2. Under Regional options tab, change the language to Portuguese (either Portugal or Brazil) under the Standards and formats settings 3. Open the NS7 Console. Go to Home>Notification Server Management>First Time Setup 4. At the bottom of the browser, you will see "Error on Page". Open the error window and it will state 'Unhandled Error in Silverlight Application [Format_BadDateTime]'
Known Issue. The issue seems to be related in how Microsoft Silverlight tries to display the "First Time Setup" page when a different regional language is used. It happens when date values are passed in dd/mm/yyyy, because the parse is expecting mm/dd/yyyy.
This issue has been fixed with ITMS 7.1 SP1.
