An oleaut32.dll registry key is being removed on uninstall.
Workaround: 1. Re-register oleaut32.dll by running the following command: Regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\oleaut32.dll 2. Restart IIS
If IIS is still broken after re-registering oleaut32.dll, execute CLSID_oleaut.reg found in the attached .ZIP file on your machine. The .REG file adds two registry keys related to oleaut32.dll that were removed on uninstall.
