KNOWN ISSUE: After uninstalling Wise Integration Component IIS and Notifcation Server no longer function correctly

After an uninstall then reinstall of Notification Server on a server that had installed "Altiris Wise Integration Component" , you may see when trying to access NSSetup.aspx the following page message:
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.
Internet Information Services Manager (IIS) shows the Folder "Web Sites" with an X by it (which means the service is stopped). (See the screen shot below)

2. When you try to start the World Wide Web Publishing Service, you get the following message:
Windows could not start the World Wide Web Publishing Service on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code -2147467262.
3. Looking in the Event Logs under System logs, you may found the following error:
The World Wide Web Publishing Service is exiting due to an error. The data field contains the error number.
An oleaut32.dll registry key is being removed on uninstall.
Workaround: 1. Re-register oleaut32.dll by running the following command: Regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\oleaut32.dll 2. Restart IIS
If IIS is still broken after re-registering oleaut32.dll, execute CLSID_oleaut.reg found in the attached .ZIP file on your machine. The .REG file adds two registry keys related to oleaut32.dll that were removed on uninstall.
