Multiple users getting errors with FlexGrid (Component One)

Multiple users are trying to access the Altiris Console or Worker Console for Helpdesk and are getting a message that Component One is not licensed or the license has expired.
FlexGrid cannot reach its license on the IIS Server under aspnet_client. One possible reason is that Appweaver components cannot be reached via
http://<AltirisServer>/aspnet_client/Altiris_appweaver/6_0_sp3/lib/VSFlex8.cab without being stopped for authentication. This is because Default Web site > aspnet_clinet > Altiris_appweaver does not allow anonymous forcing the grid control to not be able to retrieve its license.
The other possibility is that the ActiveX Control could be corrupted and would need to be reinstalled.
Go to the IIS Manager Default Web site > aspnet_client and check the properties of the Altiris_AppWeaver folder.
In checking the properties of the Altiris_AppWeaver, you will go to the tab Directory Security > Authentication and Access Control and click on the Edit button.
Check Enable Anonymous access.
If that still does not work, the ActiveX Control, ComponentOne FlexGrid 8.0 (UNICODE Light) could be corrupted, and the resolution would be to delete the ActiveX control. The next time the Helpdesk Worker console is launched, the control will be reinstalled from the Altiris Server. For information on how to delete the controls please see KB 18894.
