Change or update the passphrase of an external user.
The External Users page (Consumers > All Users > External Users) allows administrators to manage external user accounts for users outside your domain. You can change the passphrase for users in the Authentication section of the user properties. This option allows you to change or update a passphrase for a user if the user has forgotten their passphrase.
To change the passphrase of an external user
Login to the PGP Universal Server admin interface.
Select Consumers > Users and then click the External Users button.
Click the desired user's name. The External User Information page is displayed.
Click Authentication and then click Change Passphrase. The Change Passphrase dialog box appears.
Note: This option is not available if the user authenticates to an external authentication server.
Type a new passphrase then confirm the passphrase. The passphrase must be at least 6 characters long.
