The PCU update for CCS Reporting and Analytics (R&A) was installed using express install. When browsing to the Standards module, the new standards in the R&A Console are not there.
The express install does not automatically add the new standards included in the PCU update.
After the PCU is installed, manually import the standards into the Reporting and Analytics console.
1. Open the CCS R&A Console, and go to Manage | Standards.
2. Select the folder Standards and click the drop down menu for Standard Tasks | Import Standard.
3. Click the ellipsis (...) button and browse to \Program Files\Symantec\CCS\Reporting and Analytics\Application Server\PlatformContent\WINDOWS\Standards, then select the standard to import. (Will be in the format of an .xml file). Click Open, then OK.
4. Upon completion of the import, a message "Successfully imported the file (StandardFileName.xml) into the folder Standards" will appear. Click OK.
CCS R&A 9.0/9.0.1/10.0/10.5 is installed.
