The Monitor Agent's parent process, AeXMetricProv.exe, is experiencing high processor usage / CPU utilization. The CPU usage is dramatically higher on some machines when compared to others.

The most likely causes of this behavior are:

1. Any NT Event monitoring is activated on the machine and the Windows Event Logs are very busy (e.g.  The Security log has thousands of entries per minute)
    
2. Any Log Event monitoring is activated and the associated log(s) is very busy (e.g.  IIS log monitoring is activated on a very busy web server)

Review the Log Event based metrics which are applicable to the affected machine (IIS, FTP, SMTP, etc...). If the associated log files are particularly busy, either disabling the respective Log Event monitoring or scaling back the number of logged entries in the log file may need to be considered.
