When opening the Software Catalog (Manage > Software Catalog) , the Managed Software list (top-right pane) fails to load any data. This only seems to occur when there is a large number of software resources in the managed software list.
There may be a pop up to enter credentials. After clicking on OK a Silverlight error will appear in the bottom left:

There are both server side and client side limitations to the amount of data that can be sent to the client console. Essentially, gathering the list of managed software and the 'Installed vs. Used' data is exceeding the current limits.
We have evaluated the limits imposed and have increased them. To apply the increased limits to your environment you will need the updated Altiris.NS.Services.CoreServices.dll attached to this article, and the SoftwareView.xap attached to TECH155736.
Browse to '<install path>\Altiris\ActivityCenter\Web\ClientBin' and replace the existing 'SoftwareView.xap' file with the one from TECH155736.
Now go to '<install path>\Altiris\ActivityCenter\Service\Bin' and replace the existing 'Altiris.NS.Services.CoreServices.dll' with the one attached to this article.
Restart IIS 'Start > Run > iisreset' and clear your browser cache.
Note: The fixes to the SoftwareView.xap and Altiris.NS.Services.CoreServices.dll are targeted to be released in 7.1 SP1.
