Most of the messages blocked in the delivery are related to network-related problems (timeouts, congestion, retransmissions...)
The problem is very likely related to networking conditions at the host site. Therefore, the best solution is to improve the network connectivity and bandwidth available to Symantec Messaging Gateway. Certain networking-related timeouts can be extended on the Operating System by contacting Symantec Support.
