Symantec Network Access Control is disabled on the client after upgrading to Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 12.1
Last Updated June 28, 2011
You upgrade your management server from a previous version to version 12.1. After the upgrade, Symantec Network Access Control is disabled on your legacy clients.
Symantec Endpoint Protection clients must include a Host Integrity policy for Symantec Network Access Control to be enabled.
This issue appears only if you do not assign a Host Integrity policy to your clients. Add a Host Integrity policy to the groups that include your legacy clients. Symantec Network Access control is then enabled.
