4. copy each of the certificates on that page into separate text file (with notepad for example), name them accordingly cert1.cer and cert2.cer
5. now, assuming you are in windows, double-click each of the certificate files just created to see their contents, here is what we will see for secondary SSL Intermediate CA Certificate:
6. now we can go to Administration->Settings->Certificates->Certificate Authority, first verify this certificate is not already installed, then we can install the certificate simply by clicking on update and pointing to the correct certificate.
7. as we see intermediate CA in this example is signed/issued by: "VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority - G5", which is the root CA in this case. We can double check if certificate for root CA is installed on SMG, if not we can grab the root CA from following website:
