Issue/Introduction

CCS CER job fails on SQL server with error: No information available for this COM

Cause

File Share to system drive C$ is not enabled on the target SQL Server and RMS Data Collector is not able to collect needed data.

Resolution

Enable File Share to system drive for the user defined in the Credentials Database.
