Customer is trying to push the Symantec Management Agent to the clients but the agent doesn't get installed on the client machine and the status on the console shows Starting Symantec Management Install Service
Message: "Failed to Install 'Symantec Management Agent Install Service'".

Known Issue. The Application identity doesn't have permission to make changes to the services on the client Steps to verify. Try connecting to the Services of the client from the Notification Server
This is a known issue. Workaround for this is to add the Application ID to the Domain admin User group
