Some messages show veredict as "User Reject" in Message Audit Logs.
In Message Audit Logs, some messages show:
Veredict: "User Reject"
Filter Policy: "Static Delete "
Actions Taken: "Delete Message"
The end user put the e-mail or domain in his "Personal Black List".
It is normaly when the user put the e-mail or domain in his "Personal Black List".
Note: The personal black list has no affect on the Scanner Black List.
Note2: Also it is not possible to change the action when the Message is caught By Veredict "User Reject"
