When looking at Message scan results under Incident Details for a Content Filtering Folder, you see the message "Policy Match Text information is not available" instead of the matching text.
This behavior is by design.
The "Policy Match Text information is not available" message is displayed when a Content Filtering Policy using a negative condition (such as "If any part of the message does not match pattern") triggers on the messages indicating the absence of certain text in the message that triggered the policy. Since there is no matching text in the message, there is nothing to show for Policy Match Text. Look at the policy itself to find out which text was not found in the message resulting in triggering of the policy.
