A dynamic dashboard in the CCS Web console displays “No Data Found”. Recreating the dashboard with the same panel has no effect and the issue persists.
Insufficient permissions for the user and/or role not assigned to the asset or standard targetted by the dashboard.
Confirm the permissions for the user reporting the issue are correct using the steps outlined below:
Verify that the user has permission for the assets targeted in the panel as well as the standard used to evaluate the data in the panel.
Temporarily add the user account to CCS Admin role and test if the user has the same issue. If the user no longer has the issue, remove the user from the CCS Administrator role and verify the user is assigned a role with the required permissions.
lf adding the user to the CCS Administrator role does not resolve the issue, remove the user account from the role assigned, restart Symantec Application Server service and re-add the user to the appropriate role.
