This article describes an enhancement of the PGP BootGuard screen available in PGP Desktop 10.2 and above. The enhancements may assist you in troubleshooting authenticating with a hardware token, using a WDRT, and making the passphrase visible.
There have been several enhancements to the PGP BootGuard screen in version 10.2 of PGP Desktop for Windows.
The new PGP BootGuard screen now has an enhanced user interface and clearly describes what you need to do to authenticate correctly. You can use the "F Lock" keys to select the correct authentication method. For more information press F1 on the PGP BootGuard screen.
The following Window will appear. Press the "Down Arrow" for more options.
