SNMP query does not produce any result or times out if an incorrect community string is specified in the SNMP query.

An error similar to the one shown below may be seen in the SNMP client used to query the SMG appliance:

Timeout: No Response from <appliance hostname or IP address>

Please make sure that the community string being used in the SNMP client to query the SMG appliance is correct and matches the "SNMP community string" configured on the SNMP Settings page (Administration -> SNMP -> Versions).
