Multiple licenses with same seat, start, and end dates not adding seat count correctly

Activating more than one Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) license with identical seat counts, start times and end times causes the available seat count in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) to only reflect one of the newly added licenses.
Use the 'Recover Deleted Licenses' option to restore the deleted license files.
