Within these locations, the key named SMSDOM or Symantec Mail Security for Domino maybe present and corresponding product IDs from the previously installed version. As stated in TECH93774, backup the register. Delete all key occurences corresponding to the product ID referencing SMS DOM or Symantec Mail Security for Domino.
