Firstly it was consider as something wrong with the SNAC module upgrading. But according to the logs, It was cause the policies changed.
The group policy inheritance is turned on by mistake. The location specific policies and setting changed, and the new policies don't contain the HI checking. So the clients uninstall the SNAC driver.
Copy the correct policy from another group, and paste it to the target group. Then the clients recover. And Suggest the customer to assing all the policies to the groups again if possible.
