You run the asset import job in CCS and the Oracle Server Database is not showing in Asset System.

The following errors may appear in the logs:

According to the error messages there may be one or several of the following Oracle problems:
 
1. The Oracle Database user password has expired and needs to be changed
2. The Oracle Database is not started
3. The Oracle Listener is not started
4. The Oracle Listener is not able to identify the target Database
