Unable to login to the Symantec Endpoint Encryption Device Control Manager.

After installing the SEDC for the first time, you are not able to login to the SEDC Manager
Could not login <username> (Exception has been thrown by the target of invocation)
Login to the SQL and see if you have access to the database to change any settings under the SEDC database.
If this was a fresh install, you may want to perform a clean install of the SEDC Manager. If this was not a fresh install, then you may uninstall the SEDC Manager without removing the database and reinstall it. If there is no major database corruption, the installation will go smooth, if not then a fresh install will only resolve this issue.
