In Workflow, unable to import Excel file in the Read Excel Spreadsheet component.

The following steps result in the error:
Open a Decision-type project and import Office.dll.
Add the Read Excel Spreadsheet component.
Open the Read Excel Spreadsheet Editor and click the Input tab.
On the far right of the Query Rows field, click [...].
At the top left of the window, click the Import Excel File button.
Browse to, and select, an appropriate Excel file.
Enter the correct sheet name and click OK.
The Excel file should be imported successfully, without any errors.
An error message window appears but does not contain an error message.
This does not indicate a user error. The empty error message window pops up when you have no errors and you click OK. The window should not pop up at all, in this case.
The logic that displays the error message was reversed inadvertently. This causes the error message window to pop up when a user clicks OK, even though no errors exist.
A pointfix is available to resolve this issue. The fix is a new DLL named LogicBase.Design.DLL. To apply the pointfix, deliver the new DLL to the following location: <install>/Shared/logicbase.
Note that <install> is the root where Workflow is installed.
Install the DLL on the Designer computer where you run the generator. If you see a “DLL in use” message when you copy the new DLL, close your projects and Workflow Manager. Then copy the DLL and start up again.
Although this issue affects only the generator on computers that actively run Designer, a best practice is to apply this DLL to every Workflow computer in your organization that has both Workflow Designer and Workflow Server installed.
