Unable to log in to Web Messenger site after forgetting the passphrase. When clicking Forgot passphrase you are unable to find the email for resetting the passphrase.
Procedure to recover the passphrase:
When you forget passphrase for Web Messenger, click on Forgot passphrase and it displays a message that a passphrase change email has been sent.
You can check for email from PGP Universal Server which contains a link to reset the passphrase.
If the user does not receive the email to reset the passphrase, use the following troubleshooting steps.
1. Check if the user is able to receive any other email.
2. Are any other users experiencing the same problem.
3. Check the SMTP Proxy settings on PGP Universal Server.
4. A PGP Universal Server Administrator can reset the password manually for the user and communicate it to the user.
