Queries on RMS running for Multiple days without completing and the atomic job for a particular Query Engine is still running.
Error messages you might see in the BVNTError_xxx.log files are:-
BVConnection::dbOpen() - caught _com_error - failed to open (C:\Program Files\Symantec\BVNTQE\Cache\ntcache.chc)
[Connection error (-2147467259 (0x80004005)) : Unrecognized database format 'C:\Program Files\Symantec\BVNTQE\Cache\ntcache.chc'.]
Follow these steps to resolve this issue:
Product Version - RMS 9.0.1 installed on Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition 64bit.
