You have upgraded your Domain Servers, Exchange Servers, DNS servers and LDAP servers from 2000 to windows 2007 and since then Status of Internal Users shows as Expired and all of them show as Greyed out on Universal Server. Updated the DNS Server information on the Universal Server does not make any difference.
New LDAP settings not updated on the Universal Server. Also after such major upgrades on the windows servers, re-enrollmet is needed for all the INternal Users.
You will find that the LDAP settings were not updated and test connection is not successful. Configure the LDAP, so that the Test connection is successful. Log on to a system and you will find that the re-enrollment will happen automatically and now that user will have an Active Status on the UN server. Tell the PGP administrator to ask his users to log-off and login again or reboot and login and the enrollment will automatically happen and their status will be active on the UN server.
