How to prevent messages with specific sender from being scanned by Messaging Gateway

Some emails from trusted partners or senders need to bypass the Spam scanning of the Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG).
You can achieve it by the way below:
Log into SMG web console as Admin
Click Menu Administration - Policy Groups
Click Add button and name this new policy group
Click Add button in Members tab page and input the specific email address and click Add Members button.
Click Spam tab and uncheck all options.
Click Save button to quit.
Although this, some emails to these recipients will still be blocked by Symantec Global Bad Senders feature. It works at the TCP connection phase and blocks all IP address with a bad reputation based on Symantec reputation database on line. Over 90% SPAM messages are blocked by it in this product. So don't recommend to disable this feature. As a result, this product can't guarantee all emails can pass through it without being blocked by Symantec Global Bad Senders.
