The user name or password for the user that scheduled the job is incorrect. Control Compliance Suite (CCS) tries to send an email to the user saying that there has been a logon failure.
Update the password using the User Preferences page to allow a user with the role to schedule jobs. These credentials are used to run the scheduled jobs at a later time. The password is required for asset resolution on the jobs.
NOTE: Only users with the role to schedule jobs can store their passwords.
To update password:
Go to the Home > User Preferences.
In the User Preferences view, type the password.
Click Update password.
