A warning about AWRem32.exe may be logged while performing a silent upgrade. This event log message is from the Windows Installer Restart Manager. If LiveUpdate is running with the application open, then Windows Installer doesn't know how to shut it down and restart it. The files will still be updated but a reboot will be required.
Warning <date> Microsoft-Windows-RestartManager 10010 None Application 'C:\Program Files\Symantec\pcAnywhere\AWRem32.exe' (pid 2180) cannot be restarted - Application SID does not match Conductor SID."
Reboot the system after upgrading in silent mode to update the AWRem32.exe and the WinAw32.exe.
These warnings may be seen on Windows 2008 x86 SP2 computers when a silent upgrade in pcAnywhere is performed.
