Symantec Protection 6.0.1 for SharePoint Servers (SPSS 6.0.1)

Symptom: When SPSS 6.0 is installed with inappropriate user credentials, the SPSS console does not appear on the SharePoint Central Administration page.
Solution: Fixed

Symptom: The error, "Requested value 'SPVERSION' was not found', was received during the installation of SPSS 6.0.
Solution: Fixed

Symptom: For non-English operating systems setups, the SPSS 6.0 console does not display correctly.
Solution: Fixed

Symptom: SPSS 6.0 cannot delete older infected version of a file.
Solution: Fixed

Symptom: SPSS 6.0 could run into problems configuring correctly when the SharePoint Servers in the farm had multiple NICs.
Solution: Fixed

Symptom: SPSS 6.0 attempts to contact the backup database when mirrored databases are setup in SharePoint 2010.
Solution: Fixed

Note: When upgrading from SPSS 6.0 to 6.0.1, the previous settings are retained.  Although the previous settings are not retained when upgrading from SPS 4.3 or SPSS 5.1.
