A user is not receiving any alerts via e-mail from their DeepSight Intelligence account.
This warning may appear: Deepsight Delivery Method Add-on License has not been allocated.
Ensure that all available customer licenses have been assigned.
Check under the Company Info / Licenses heading to see if any warning messages are present.
Go to the Licenses tab and allocate all licenses and delivery method licenses as necessary.
From Settings / Alerts / Configure DeepSight Alerts / Manage Delivery Methods add the required delivery methods.
Send the test e-mail, and retrieve the code from it to enter in the portal in order to activate the delivery method.
