The Definitions section of the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) console is not updating unless the SEPM is closed and reopened.

The proxy in this environment is "Not Stateful" and will keep a requested connection open for 30 minutes. After the 30 minute timeout, and there are no more requests, the port is closed.
Recommended:
Close and reopen the SEPM console.
Submit a "Product Suggestion or Enhancement Request".
There might be the ability to make an exception in the Proxy itself for the SEPM related ports.
