When choosing Product Language for PGP Desktop, there is no Russian Language available for selection.
This problem occurs because, for the moment, PGP Desktop have no Russian Language support.
Currently supported languages are:

There is no committed date for this request from the Endpoint Encryption Product Management team, nor from the Endpoint Encryption Engineering team at this time.
