When using IT Analytics reports, and then selecting a ServiceDesk report (or anyother report with start date and end date) the drop-down doesn't populate the calendar, but if the same report is opened using report server URL it works fine
No error message in Log Viewer.
Point fix 4 is not correctly installed on SMP 7.1 SP2
If this was working prior to installing point fix 4 please re-install point fix 4
