You are upgrading the CCS Reporting and Analitycs and Data Collection components to the latest CCS version and it fails.
Severe system error occured. Installer cannot continue.
1. If backups are available, please restore CCS components affected by the upgrade (Directory Service, Application Service, SQL Databases, Data Collection) from backups and run upgrade again. In distributed setup, please first restore Directory Service and then Application Service.
2. If backup restore fails or if backups are not available please re-install all CCS components. In distributed setup, please first install Directory Service and then Application Service.
Imstaller fails to continue and uninstall through Add Remove Programs fails informing that not all product components have been installed.
