The return address used by Messaging Gateway (SMG) for non-delivery report (NDR) emails and delivery status notifications (DSN) needs to be changed from the default value of "postmaster".
Messaging Gateway provides a means to update the postmaster email address included in the body of NDR and DSN messages generated by Messaging Gateway via the Control Center's Protocols > Settings page. The default value of "postmaster" results in the following format for NDRs.
Note: this configuration option does not change the email return address for NDRs and DSNs which is hardcoded to "Mailer-Daemon@smghostname".

The <postmaster> entry in message body is the field modifiable by Bounce Customization.
