FEATURE REQUEST: Add S/MIME Support for Symantec Mobile Encryption for iOS

When attempting to encrypt an email message with Symantec Mobile Encryption for iOS the outgoing mail cannot be sent in S/MIME format.
This feature request would allow clients with S/MIME-only capabilities to decrypt messages sent from Symantec Mobile Encryption app.
Symantec Corporation is committed to product quality and satisfied customers. This Feature Request is currently being considered by Symantec Corporation to be addressed in a forthcoming version of the product.

There is no committed date for this request from the Endpoint Encryption Product Management team, nor from the Endpoint Encryption Engineering team at this time.

"As Symantec Mail Encryption for iOS is not a native mail client, it is a technical impossibility to provide S/MIME support."
