Symantec Endpoint Protection's firewall does not see outbound firewall traffic when QoS Packet Scheduler is enabled for the network adapter

The QoS Packet scheduler may sometimes cause the Symantec Endpoint Protection firewall to not see outbound traffic. This may cause inbound traffic to be unexpectedly blocked, as the outbound traffic was not added to the firewall's state table.
This issue is resolved in Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 RU4. Please upgrade affected clients to resolve this issue.
