The CSV Data Collector is not visible in the Settings > System Topology > Map View > Edit Settings view
The cause of this issue is normally that the "CSV File" Data Collector is not enabled
1. Open CCS 2. Select "Settings" 3. Select "System Topology" 4. Select "Map View" 5. Right-click on the relevant component (e.g. CCS Manager Service) and select "Edit Settings" 6. Select "Basic" from the "Symantec CCS Manager" 7. Check the "CSV File" check box 8. Select "Save"
