When opening a Change Management ticket page, Planned Start and Planned Completion fields in Ticket Overview section show only date but not the time. Change Management in 7.5 MP1 does support date and time and is supposed to show the time as well as date in these fields.
Examples of the expected formatting and what is actually shown:
This is happening due to Change data profile remaining from 7.5.
This is not a common occurrence and occurs only when ServiceDesk 7.5 MP1 was upgraded from ServiceDesk 7.5.
Regenerating the profile will fix the issue. To regenerate the Change data profile:
Log into the Process Manager Portal with an administrator user and navigate to: Admin > Data > Lists and Profiles
Click on the arrow next to 'Change Request and Plan Overview' and select 'Edit Profile Definition'.
Scroll down and click on 'Generate'.
Time will start showing up in the Change Process View page right after regenerating, no service restarts or other additional steps are necessary.
