Notifications of task responses are not set by Email Monitor project in Service Desk.
The Send Email component has an incorrect variable. It is listed as service_desk_settings_smtpmail_server - it should be service_desk_settings_smtp_mail_server (extra underscore).
Open the email monitor project and edit the Send Email components to reflect the correct variable name. Here are the steps:
