Unable to get Barcode handheld device to work with Windows Mobile

When trying to use a handheld device with Barcode, it is unable to be recognized or used by Windows Mobile.
Barcode requires that a handheld device is able to successfully communicate and connect to a workstation and also Windows Mobile recognizes it successfully. If either are not occurring, please contact your network administrator or handheld device's manufacturer for further assistance, as Symantec Technical Support is unable to assist with hardware or Windows-related issues.
