The Symantec Control Compliance Suite (CCS) OVAL Evaluation Details fails to display results

The customer receives an error when trying to view evaluation results of an Open Vulnerability Assessment Language (OVAL) job from the Monitor Jobs dialog. All other jobs, such as Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) and general Standards, return results normally.
The Evaluation Result Dialog contains the error message: "Error while retrieving"
This is a product defect caused by installing CCS Product Updates (PUs) sequentially.
Apply Quick Fix 10347 to resolve this issue. Please see attached file within this KB article.
Note: If Symantec CCS 11 Product Update (PU) 2014-1 has been applied to the installation, use the attached Quick Fix 10416 instead. The reason for this additional patch is because this Quick Fix has not yet been incorporated into a Product Update (PU) or Security Content Update (SCU) for CCS 11.
