Content Filtering violations from DLP are treated as clean mails in SMG reports.
Last Updated April 22, 2014
When writing content filtering rules against messages which have been processed and modified by the Messaging Gateway (SMG) Data Loss Prevention (DLP) integration, the messages are counted as clean even though message audit logs (MAL) shows them to be content filtering violations. This may skew reports as well as dashboard statistics.
This is a known issue and has been addressed in SMG 10.5.2. Please update when able.
