A client computer was unable to download packages from the Notification Server (NS).
The source paths (HTTP and UNC) under the package properties are blank on the NS agent, so there was no source location specified to download the packages.
ITMS (IT Management Suite) 7.x.x and 8.x.x
It was found that installing the Package Service from the console under Site Server Settings would override the "built-in" package service on the NS, thus blanking out the package source location.
Uninstall the Package Service from the NS by navigating to:
