KNOWN ISSUE: Installation of the 7.5 Symantec Management Agent stops the AClient service

When installing the 7.5 Symantec Management Agent (whether a brand new install or an upgrade), if the Deployment Solution AClient is also installed on the managed computer, the AClient service may be stopped as part of the 7.5 agent install.

After installing the 7.5 Symantec Management Agent, go into the computer's services window and restart the Aclient Service. If upgrading the Symantec Management Agent via a GPO or login script, consider using a net start command at the end of script that can start the AClient service. Symantec Engineering is aware of the issue and it will be resolved in ITMS 7.6.
