Unable to load Command Queue when using pcAnywhere remote installed on a Japanese OS.
Last Updated February 11, 2015
When trying to use the Command Queue feature in pcAnywhere it does not load or work properly when scheduled on a remote that is loaded on a Japanese OS.
No error is seen. The feature does not load and the queue is not populated with any commands when a saved Command Queue is loaded in an in session remote.
Symantec is aware of this situation.
As this is only seen on Japanese Remotes not hosts a potential workaround would be to use an english OS for the remote system needing to run the Command Queues. .
