When navigating the license windows inside the Symantec Installation Manager you find that there are a couple 'thread was being aborted' log entries being generated.

SIM displays licenses on two pages (Installed products and Licenses). It uses the same API from the LicenseManager to display the licenses on both the pages. When the License window is closed, the thread in the InstalledProductsView is running to display the license information. So closing the License window aborts this thread due to which the error appears in the logs (Installed products page gets latest license status with fresh new call then).
These log entries can be replicated and they do not seem to cause any issues
Follow these steps to reproduce the issue in SIM v.7.5.121 1. Open SIM as administrator 2. Click 'Add/Update License' 3. Click 'Install Licenses' Button 4. On the Select License Files screen hit the 'Cancel' Button 5. Hit the 'Close' Button on SIM 6. Hit the next 'Close' Button on SIM
