Environment is set up with Proxy. Everything is in order; however, Patch Management is failing to download the PMImport.

Patch Management Solution 7.5 pre-release does not respect proxy settings defined in Notification Server Settings
This is fixed in the shipped release of Patch Management 7.5.
Workaround for PM 7.5 Gold:
1. RDP as Application Identity to the SMP (use /admin switch):
